It's important to recognise how much this man struggled to have his problem recognised as a problem in our society. It's also important to note how many different things he needed to try, and how much hard work he needed put in, before he finally freed himself from porn. A big part of his story seems to be how helpful it was to find himself around like-minded people who also struggled with and wanted to say "no" to porn addiction.
If you or your partner is struggling with porn, counselling and support can help. Porn addiction can cause depression, anxiety, damaged confidence, and low self-esteem for the person struggling with pornography addiction, as well as erectile dysfunction in men. It can also serious damaged the self-esteem and confidence of any person who is in a relationship with someone struggling with such an addiction. Pornography addiction can seriously damage relationships and inhibit real intimacy between couples.
It should also be noted that porn addiction is not a problem suffered by men only, as women can struggle with this problem also.
